Return requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase (order date) with proof of purchase (order number/receipt). After this 30-day period, refunds or exchanges are not available.
How do i initiate a return?
- Please contact us at support@cultoms.com. Our team will review your request and provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
What items are returnable?
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging/accessories.
- Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. A refund can only be issued after the item is returned and inspected.
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item/size, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How to change or withdraw an order?
- If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message.
- Orders have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied on the original method of payment, within 1-4 business days.
